As-Builts means a permit-approved set of documents which the Architect/Engineer uses during construction to build the project. Field changes and adjustments during construction are annotated in the permit set and given to the Architect/Engineer at the end of the project to produce project Record Documents.

More Definitions of As-Builts

As-Builts means a set of reproducible drawings which show significant changes in the work made during construction and which are usually based on drawings marked up in the field and other data furnished by the contractor.

As-Builts means the Construction Manager’s detailed record certified by Construction Manager to show the accurate location of all elements of the Project as constructed, the delivery of which As- Builts shall constitute Construction Manager’s representation and warranty that such information is complete and accurate.

As-Builts means as-built drawings for the Public Infrastructure prepared in accordance with the specifications set forth in this Agreement.

As-Builts or “Record Drawing” means a drawing showing the horizontal and vertical location of the improvements as actually constructed; showing invert elevations, slopes of pipes, location of the pipes, tanks, controls, valves, depths of cover, type of material and any other feature different than shown on the design drawing.

As-Builts means the final set of drawings produced at the completion of a construction project. They shall include all the changes that have been made to the original construction drawings including, but not limited to, notes, modifications, and any other information Buildings decides should be included, and any additional information that Buildings may require, in its sole discretion, the costs of which shall be deemed to be included in the bid price. While original drawings are typically produced using computer-aided design (CAD) software, the As-Built drawings may include handwritten notes, sketches, and changes.

As-Builts means the completed and corrected drawings of the Facility as actually constructed as of the date of Final Completion and as certified by a P.E.

As-Builts. Within five (5) business days of completion of Work, Contractor shall provide RIOC with the original design drawings which reflect any changes made to RIOC property pursuant to this Contract (“As-Built Drawings”). Such As-Built Drawings shall be e-mailed to RIOC’s Vice President of Operations at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇ (or his/her designee).
