For active represented employees enrolled in a PEMHCA medical insurance plan, the City shall pay to PERS an amount of money on behalf of the employee which, when combined with the amount stated in Section 8.2, shall be the equivalent to one hundred percent (100%) of the premium cost of the Kaiser Bay Area plan.
