Full Pay, Half Teaching Load. The faculty member will be paid the full amount of his/her base pay for the final year of service and receive a one-half reduction in teaching load for the academic year. In place of the one-half reduction in teaching load, the faculty member will be required to complete an additional assignment to be mutually agreed upon in writing by the faculty member and the College no later than August 15th. The assignment must be in writing. The faculty member and the Vice President for Academic Affairs will mutually agree on the schedule of the required one-half teaching load for the academic year.
