FULL SHIFT. A. Where appointments cannot be scheduled during nonworking hours, employees whenever possible will be given time off during regular working hours under the provision that the time will be made up at a time acceptable to the employee and the employer or wages deducted for the time absent. B. No full-time member shall be employed for less than a full shift.
