Full-Time Manager. The management, maintenance and operation of the concession shall at all times be under the supervision and direction of an active, qualified, competent and experienced full-time manager who shall at all times be subject to the direction and control of the Contractor. The Contractor shall assign the manager an office on the Premises and the manager shall be available during regular business hours. The Contractor shall at all times during the absence of the manager assign or cause to be assigned a qualified subordinate to assume and be directly responsible for carrying out the duties of the manager.

Full-Time Manager. All activities of each FBO shall be conducted under the guidance and supervision of a full-time manager. Such person must be a qualified and experienced FBO manager vested with full power and authority in respect of the method, manner and conduct of the FBO operation. Such FBO manager shall be assigned to the Airport where he or she shall be available during normal business hours.

  • Full-Time Status In addition to the duties and responsibilities specifically assigned to the Executive pursuant to Section 2.1 hereof, the Executive shall: (a) devote substantially all of Executive’s time, energy and skill during regular business hours to the performance of the duties of his employment (reasonable vacations and reasonable absences due to illness excepted) and faithfully perform such duties; (b) diligently follow and implement all reasonable and lawful management policies and decisions communicated to Executive by the Board of Directors of the Employer; and (c) timely prepare and forward to the Board of Directors of the Employer all reports and accountings as may reasonably be requested of the Executive.
