Full-time School Services Officers. A full-time School Services Officer is one whose ordinary hours of work, exclusive of meal breaks, are 38 per week. Ordinary hours shall be worked in five days Monday to Friday inclusive, between the hours of 7.00 am and 6.00 pm. By agreement between the Employer and an Employee, the hours may be averaged over a four-week period in accordance with clause 74.3.
