Furlough Recall Seniority Date. An employee’s Furlough Recall Seniority is the same as the employee’s Company Seniority, except that it will stop accruing and be adjusted for periods of promoted status that exceed 183 days, and periods of educational or personal leaves of absence that exceed 90 days. The Furlough Recall date will be used for purposes of layoff and recall.
