Common use of Further Acts and Assurances Clause in Contracts

Further Acts and Assurances. The parties agree to perform such further acts and to execute and deliver such additional agreements and instruments from time to time as either may at any time reasonably request in order to assure and confirm unto such requesting party, the rights, powers and remedies conferred in this Agreement.
