Common use of Further Acts and Assurances Clause in Contracts

Further Acts and Assurances. Each Party shall give such further assurance, provide such further information, take such further actions and execute and deliver such further documents and instruments as are, in each case, within its power to give, provide and take so as to give full force and effect to the provisions of this Agreement.
