4. Permission from all other statutory and non-statutory bodies required for the Project
5. Clearance from Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment, if required

3. Certificate of Commissioning of the Solar Photovoltaic Grid Interactive Power Project issued by GEDA.
4. Permission from all other statutory and non-statutory bodies required for the Project
5. Clearance from Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment, if required
a) Documents establishing clear ownership of the land in the name of Power Producer OR legal possession of the land in the name of the Power Producer through a long term lease deed for a period of 25 years from proposed scheduled commercial operation date of the project.
b) In case the power producer wants to develop the project on the land already owned by him, such power producer shall submit the 7 / 12 extracts of the land on which the solar power project is to be installed, in the name of power producer.

3. Certificate of Commissioning of the Solar Photovoltaic Grid Interactive Power Project issued by GEDA.
4. Permission from all other statutory and non-statutory bodies required for the Project which are not in the scope of SPPD under ISA.
5. All other Clearances and Approvals which are beyod the scope of SPPD under ISA
a) Financing Documents / Documentary Evidence of achieving complete tie-up of Project Cost through either through internal accruals or through external Financing Agency.
b) Implementation and Service Agreement executed with SPPD.
c) Lease Agreement executed with SPPD.
d) The technology adopted as per Annexure A of RfS and in accordance with MNRE’s Approved Models and Manufacturers of Solar PV Modules (Requirements for Compulsory Registration) Order, 2019 as amended from time to time.

b) Connectivity arrangement with GETCO and/or CTU, if applicable and requisite consent for Power Evacuation from GETCO and/or CTU, if applicable confirming technical feasibility of connectivity of the Solar Power Project upto the Delivery Point.
c) Evidence of clear possession of the required land for the Project along with the following documentary evidence:-
(i) Ownership of lease hold and possession of 100% (hundred per cent) of the required land for the Project in the name of Solar Project Developer
(ii) Certificate by the concerned and competent revenue / registration authority for acquisition / ownership / right to use / vesting of land in the name of Solar Project Developer
(iii) No Objection Certificate / Environmental clearance (if applicable) for the Project.
(iv) Forest Clearance (if applicable) for the land for the Project.
(v) Approval for Water from the concerned authority (if applicable) required for the Project.
(vi) Sworn affidavit from the authorized person listing the details of the land and certifying total land required for the project under clear possession of the successful bidder.
