Further Description of Services. The Parties agree that this Exhibit A provides more details around the Services to be provided by Service Provider under the Agreement. In the event of a conflict between this Exhibit A and the Agreement, unless otherwise expressly provided in Exhibit A, the provisions of the Agreement shall govern. The Parties agree that the overall objective of the Agreement and the Services is the accelerating the sales, revenues and market acceptance and overall awareness of Clearday and the Clearday Core Businesses.   • Continuation of Services This Option Agreement shall not be construed to confer upon the Optionee any right to continue providing services as a Company Director and shall not limit the right of the Company, in its sole discretion, to terminate the services of the Optionee at any time.
