Further Details Relating To The PIs. 6.1 The following clarification and additional obligation on the Service Provider relates to the PIs referred to in Table 1. Any reference to the date on which an item is received refers to the date an item is received in the mail room of the Service Provider or the date on which an email or website enquiry form is received in the Service Provider’s mailbox. The Service Provider shall ensure that any and all items received in the mail room are processed, with the time and date recorded, on the day of receipt. Any failure by the Service Provider to do so shall be deemed, in respect of the relevant item, a Band 3 failure for the purpose of calculating Service Failure Points in respect of that item.

  • Other Provisions Relating to the Grievance Procedure 1. No reprisal of any kind shall be taken by or against any participant in the grievance procedure by reason of such participation.
