Service Failure Points definition

Service Failure Points or "SFPs" has the meaning given to it in Part 4 of Schedule 3;
Service Failure Points has the meaning set out in paragraph 1.1 of Part 1 of Schedule 5;
Service Failure Points means points accrued by ESCO pursuant to the provisions of Schedule 13 (Key Performance Indicators)

More Definitions of Service Failure Points

Service Failure Points means points accrued by ESCo pursuant to the provisions of Schedule 5 (Service Standards).

Related to Service Failure Points

  • Generator Forced Outage means an immediate reduction in output or capacity or removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit by reason of an Emergency or threatened Emergency, unanticipated failure, or other cause beyond the control of the owner or operator of the facility, as specified in the relevant portions of the PJM Manuals. A reduction in output or removal from service of a generating unit in response to changes in market conditions shall not constitute a Generator Forced Outage.

  • Generator Planned Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit for inspection, maintenance or repair with the approval of the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the PJM Manuals.

  • Unscheduled Outage means an interruption resulting in reduction of the Availability of the Element(s) / Project (as the case may be) that is not a result of a Scheduled Outage or a Force Majeure Event.
