Common use of Further the Employer Clause in Contracts

Further the Employer. and the Union agree that the Employer and the Union will jointly develop agreed to Terms of Reference governing the Employer's Joint Health and Safety Committee, no later than sixty (60) days following the date of ratification. These Terms of Reference shall be reviewed annually and address items such as, but not limited to, inspections, investigations, meetings, records, accident prevention, procedures and recommendations. The Terms of Reference will form part of this Collective Agreement.
