Future Districts. Developer agrees and understands that the County reserves the right to create Future Improvement Districts on comparable projects with different Improvement District sales tax rates (or with special assessments as authorized by the CID Act) than those approved for the Downtown Xxxxxxx project; provided, however, the County shall at all times maintain the pledge of the CID Sales Tax Fund as required by the Bond Agreements for issuance of the Bonds. Developer waives any right to request a modification or amendment to the Downtown Xxxxxxx project CID sales tax rate based upon such differences.
