Common use of Future Employment Clause in Contracts

Future Employment. Employee will, while the covenant under this Section 7 is in effect, give notice to Company, within ten days after accepting any other employment, of the identity of Employee's employer. Company may notify such employer that Employee is bound by this Agreement and, at Company's election, furnish such employer with a copy of this Agreement or relevant portions thereof.

Future Employment. Employee Executive will, while the covenant under this Section 7 is in effect, give notice to Company, within ten days after accepting any other employmentfuture employment or engagement (as an employee, consultant, independent contractor, or otherwise), of the identity of EmployeeExecutive's previous employer. Company may notify such employer that Employee Executive is bound by this Agreement and, at Company's election, furnish such employer with a copy of this Agreement or relevant portions thereof.
