Common use of Future Functionality Clause in Contracts

Future Functionality. Subject to the warranties set forth in Section 10, Customer agrees that it has not relied on the promise of availability of any future functionality of the Solutions or any other future product or service in executing this Agreement or any Order Form. Customer acknowledges that information provided by Arctic Wolf regarding future functionality should not be relied upon to make a purchase decision. Should Arctic Wolf offer additional optional functionality in the future that complement the Solutions, Customer may elect to subscribe to and obtain a license to the optional functionality for an additional fee.
