Future Liberalization Sample Clauses

Future Liberalization. Through future negotiations, to be scheduled every two years by the Commission after the date of entry into force of this Agreement, the Parties will engage in further liberalisation with a view to reaching the reduction or elimination of the remaining restrictions scheduled in conformity with paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 10.9 on a mutually advantageous basis and securing an overall balance of rights and obligations.

Future Liberalization. Through future negotiations to be arranged by the Commission, the Parties shall seek further liberalization in the different services sectors, with a view to eliminating the remaining restrictions in the Schedules referred to in Article 11.08(1) and (2).

  • Lunch and Rest Periods A. Each employee working more than four (4) hours per day shall be entitled to a minimum of one-half (1/2) hour duty free lunch period without pay.

  • Meal Breaks and Rest Periods 7.1 Except when required for urgent or emergency work and except as provided in 7.2 below, no employee shall be required to work for more than five hours continuously without being entitled to a meal break of not less than half an hour.   • Meal and Rest Periods (a) An employee working a daily shift up to and including five (5) hours will have one (1) paid rest period not to exceed fifteen (15) minutes.

  • Unusual Job Requirements of Short Duration ‌ The nature of health care is such that at times it may be necessary for an employee to perform work not normally required in his/her job for the safety, health or comfort of a client or resident. It is understood that an employee shall not be expected to perform a task for which he/she is not adequately trained.

  • DEFINITIONS & GRADUATE NURSES 2.01 A registered nurse is a nurse who holds a Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario in accordance with the Regulated Health Professions Act, and the Nursing Act.
