G overning Law and Jurisdiction. Subject to clause 13.17, the CAF and the Contract and all matters relating thereto shall be construed and governed by the laws of India and the Parties agree to submit to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
G overning Law and Jurisdiction. The Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in India. The Parties hereby submit to exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts situated at New Delhi for adjudication of disputes, injunctive relief, actions and proceedings, if any, arising out of this Agreement.

G overning Law and Jurisdiction. 35.1. The laws of the country where the registered office of SODECIA is shall govern this Agreement.
G overning Law and Jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Slovenia. For any disputes that cannot be resolved between the Parties, the Parties agree that the jurisdiction for any resolution of disputes shall be the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Slovene courts. 15.11

This Agreement shall be deemed to have been entered into in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and subject to the laws applicable to agreements executed and/or performed therein. Each party hereby agrees to submit to the exclusive in personam jurisdiction of the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, County of Xxxxxxx for the resolution of all disputes between them, or, if jurisdictional prerequisites exist at the time, to the sole and exclusive in personam jurisdiction of the federal courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
G overning Law and Jurisdiction. This Profit Sharing Settlement Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Profit Sharing Settlement Agreement, the Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve such dispute(s).
G overning Law and Jurisdiction. This Settlement Agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of California, both as to interpretation and performance.
