Sublicence Agreement definition

Sublicence Agreement means, collectively, with respect to the sublicensing of the Products, Derivative Products, Resulting Products and Bundled Products hereunder:
Sublicence Agreement means any agreement between Ocera and a Sublicensee.
Sublicence Agreement an agreement in writing between the Licensee and a Sublicensee.
