Common use of Garbage Clause in Contracts

Garbage. All putrescible and non-putrescible waste which generally includes, but is not limited to, kitchen and table food waste, animal, vegetative, food or any organic waste that is attendant with, or results from the storage, preparation, cooking or handling of food materials attributed to normal activities of a Service Unit. Garbage must be generated at the Service Unit from which the Garbage is collected. Garbage does not include those items defined as Exempt Waste, and does not include materials collected as Compostable Waste.
