Cooling. Landlord, at Landlord's expense, shall furnish air-cooling on business days from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. as required for the comfortable occupancy of the Premises, but in no event less than from May 15 through October 15 of each year during the Term, when, in the judgment of Landlord, reasonably exercised, it may be required for the comfortable occupancy of the Premises, and shall ventilate the Premises on business days and for similar hours during other months of the year. Anything in this subsection C to the contrary notwithstanding, Landlord shall not be responsible if the normal operation of the Building air-cooling system shall fail to provide cooled air at reasonable temperatures, pressures or degrees of humidity or any reasonable volumes or velocities in any parts of the Premises by reason of (i) human occupancy factors and any machinery or equipment installed by or on behalf of Tenant or any person claiming through or under Tenant that have an electrical load in excess of the average electrical load for the Building air-cooling system as required under this Lease or (ii) any rearrangement of partitioning or other Alterations made or performed by or on behalf of Tenant or any person claiming through or under Tenant unless same is specifically required by Landlord solely for Landlord's convenience and not in connection with any applicable governmental laws, ordinances, rules or regulations. Tenant agrees to keep and cause to be kept closed all of the windows in the Premises whenever the air-cooling system is in operation and agrees to lower and close the blinds when necessary because of the sun's position whenever the air-cooling system is in operation. Tenant at all times agrees to cooperate fully with Landlord and to abide by the regulations and requirements which Landlord may reasonably prescribe for the proper functioning and protection of the air-cooling system. Landlord, throughout the Term, shall have free access to any and all mechanical installations of Landlord, including, but not limited to, air-cooling, fan, ventilating, machine rooms and electrical closets. Tenant may, subject to the terms and conditions of this Lease, including, without limitation, this Article 9 and Article 3 hereof, install air conditioning in the Premises for the data center, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, provided the installation and maintenance of same is, in all respects, reasonably satisfactory to Landlord and, subject to Landlord's prior written approval, wh...

Cooling. The minimum cooling time for fuel is five (5) years. NOTE: Fuel that does not meet this speci- fication shall be classified as Nonstandard Fuel—Class NS–3.
Cooling a. The person in charge must demonstrate that the facilities on the MFF unit, or at the Commissary are adequate to cool TCS foods in accordance with Sections 3-501.14 and 3-501.15 of the Food Code.
b. Cooling shall be done in compliance with Sections 3-501.14 and 3-501.15 of the Food Code. Cooked TCS food shall be cooled from 135° F to 70°F within 2 hours; and from 135°F to 41° F within a total of 6 hours or less.
Cooling. Off Period is a period of time during which you will be unable to request Cash Advances. This period begins after you have had an outstanding Balance for 10 consecutive calendar months, and ends once your Balance reaches $0.00 and you maintain that $0.00 Balance for 20 consecutive calendar days. Go to Paragraph 10 for details. Credit Limit is the maximum amount you can borrow under your Elastic Account. Go to Paragraph 2 for details. Elastic Cash is the amount you receive, either through check by mail or by direct deposit, when you request a Cash Advance. It is the Cash Advance minus the Cash Advance Fee. Xxxxxxx.xxx means the Elastic website xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.
Cooling. Provide cooling to the occupied spaces through a variable air volume system, including zone variable air volume terminals with reheat where required. Except where additional supplemental cooling is specifically required below, distribute the common cooling systems according to the following base building system capacities, subject to refinement through a detailed space heat load calculation specific to the Tenant’s space usage requirements: · 0xx Xxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx: 120 Tons · 0xx Xxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx: 80 Tons · Computer Room Spaces - As defined below
Cooling. SPECIFICATION: Rate: Ambient -40(degrees)C in 30 minutes Rate: 150(degrees)C to -40(degrees)C in 30 minutes Accuracy: + or (-) 5(degrees)C or 5% of setpoint, whichever is greater VALIDATION PROCEDURE: Make sure a LN cryo tank, with sufficient capacity has been connected before you run the above "Heating and Cooling test". After the run, check the runfile for time and temperature readings in the cooling ranges. Verify specifications are met. Attach runfile to installation validation documentation. RESULT: DIVERSITY REAGENT DELIVERY ACCURACY/PRECISION (AUTOSAMPLER) SPECIFICATION: Range: minimum 50 (nanoliters) to 3 ml in 5 (nanoliter) increments Accuracy: + or (-) 15 (nanoliters) (<200(nanoliters)): + or (-) 5% (>200 (nanoliters)) VALIDATION PROCEDURE: Run the preprogrammed "Solvent/Reagent Delivery Test" utilizing water or DMF in the AutoSampler. Reagent and Solvent locations, and a cassette with 48 fully prepared vials. Measure the volume in the collection vials which correspond to AutoSampler deliveries using gravemetric determination, or transfer to a graduated cylinder. All deliveries tested should be within the accuracy range. RESULT: (Argonaut Installation Engineer to enter result here and attach supporting documentation)
Cooling. In this input sheet, the production technologies for cooling are defined. Cooling is separated into individual cooling solutions (electric chillers installed at households) and district cooling systems. • Individual cooling: Here the yearly average coefficient of performance (COP) of the electric chillers used for individually produced cooling is inserted. • District cooling: Here the yearly average coefficient of performance (COP) of the electric chillers used for district cooling and the yearly amount of natural cooling are inserted. Natural cooling is cooling from e.g. rivers or sea waters, where no chiller is needed. Natural cooling is assumed to be delivered evenly throughout the year. • Costs: Here the investment costs, technical lifetime (from the time of installation), and fixed operation and maintenance costs are inserted for the technologies defined in this input window for units specific for production of cooling.
Cooling. In this input sheet, the demands for cooling are set. Cooling demands can be defined for individual cooling solutions (i.e. electric chillers installed at households) and demands supplied by district cooling systems.
