Service Warranty Provider has carefully examined and analyzed the provisions of this Agreement, including but not limited to all exhibits attached and incorporated into it, and can and will perform, or cause, the Services to be performed in strict accordance with the provisions and requirements of the Agreement. Services will be performed in a timely, professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with all applicable industry and professional standards.
Virus Warranty The Contractor represents and warrants that Licensed Software contains no known viruses. Contractor is not responsible for viruses introduced at Licensee’s site.
Customer Warranty Customer’s and its End Users’ use of the Services must always comply with all applicable Laws and this Agreement.
HOME WARRANTY At Closing, Buyer Seller N/A will pay for a home warranty plan issued by 148* at a cost not to exceed $ . A home 149 warranty plan provides for repair or replacement of many of a home’s mechanical systems and major built-in 150 appliances in the event of breakdown due to normal wear and tear during the agreement’s warranty period.
Price Warranty The Contractor warrants that the prices for the items sold to the City hereunder are not less favorable than those currently extended to any other customer for the same or similar items in similar quantities. The Contractor warrants that prices shown on this Purchase Order/Vendor Contract are complete, and that no additional charge of any type shall be added without the City’s express written consent.
SIGNATORY WARRANTY The undersigned signatory for the Engineer hereby represents and warrants that he or she is an officer of the organization for which he or she has executed this contract and that he or she has full and complete authority to enter into this contract on behalf of the firm. These representations and warranties are made for the purpose of inducing the State to enter into this contract.
MEDIA WARRANTY If Symantec provides the Licensed Software to You on tangible media, Symantec warrants that the magnetic media upon which the Licensed Software is recorded will not be defective under normal use, for a period of ninety (90) days from delivery. Symantec will replace any defective media returned to Symantec within the warranty period at no charge to You. The above warranty is inapplicable in the event the Licensed Software media becomes defective due to unauthorized use of the Licensed Software. THE FOREGOING IS YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR SYMANTEC’S BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY.
Equipment Warranty Sunrun warrants all equipment for the duration of the Initial Term. If parts fail during the term of this Agreement, Sunrun will use commercially reasonable efforts to replace them with like equipment; however, you acknowledge that due to parts availability and other factors, this may not be possible. Sunrun agrees that any change in equipment will not reduce the Guaranteed Output set forth in Section D.

Authorization Warranty Contractor represents and warrants that the person executing this Contract on behalf of and for Contractor is an authorized agent who has actual authority to bind Contractor to each and every term, condition, and obligation of this Contract and that all requirements of Contractor have been fulfilled to provide such actual authority.
