General Agency. (i) Co-ordinating all activities of port and/or sub-agents, as set forth in this Agreement, in order to ensure the proper performance of all customary requirements for the operation of the Principal’s vessels in the Territory; and
General Agency. The Client appoints the Agent as general agent. The agency commences on ………………………… and continues until midnight on ………………………………. unless cancelled prior by either party giving seven (7) days’ written notice to the other party; or, if no end date is provided, until cancelled by either party by giving seven (7) days’ written notice to the other party.
General Agency. 3.41 To supervise, activities and co-ordinate all marketing and sales activities of Port, Inland Agents and/or Sub-agents in the Territory, in accordance with general guidelines laid down by the Principal and to use every effort to obtain business from prospective clients and to consolidate the flow of statistics and information.
General Agency. 1. Merchant grants to DEGICA the authority to act as Xxxxxxxx’s general agent with Credit Card Companies regarding the matters in the following items. During the effective period of the Agreement, Merchant may not withdraw the grant of such agency.
