Common use of General Assignments Clause in Contracts

General Assignments. Assignments of all of Seller’s right, title and interest in and to all FF&E Leases, Service Contracts and Leases identified on Exhibit C hereto (the “Hotel Contracts”). The assignment shall also be a general assignment and shall provide for the assignment of all of Seller’s right, title and interest in all Records, Warranties, Licenses, Tradenames, Contracts, Plans and Specs and all other intangible Personal Property applicable to the Hotel.

General Assignments. Assignments of all of Seller’s right, title and interest in and to all FF&E Leases, Service Contracts and Leases identified on Exhibit C hereto (the “Hotel Contracts”). The assignment shall also be a general assignment and shall provide for the assignment of all of Seller’s right, title and interest in all Records, Warranties, Licenses, TradenamesTradenames (except “Cool Pool”TM), Contracts, Plans and Specs and all other intangible Personal Property applicable to the Hotel.
