Common use of General Broker Functions Clause in Contracts

General Broker Functions. Broker may, from time to time, collect and transmit to Pershing orders and other instructions to Pershing from Broker’s prime brokerage customers (“Prime Brokerage Orders”) and provide Pershing with such reports, data and services as Pershing requires in order to act as prime broker with respect to such Prime Brokerage Orders, consistent with the SEC No-Action Letter dated January 25, 1994 (“No-Action Letter”) and applicable rules and regulations.
