General Cleaning. Nightly a. Empty and clean all waste receptacles removing waste to a designated central location for disposal. Landlord is to provide for disposal of waste. b. Empty and clean all ash trays and receptacles. c. Remove all fingerprints, smudges and other marks from metal partitions, doors and other surfaces. d. With respect to a kitchen area (if applicable) rinse out coffee pots, turn off burners to coffee pots, spot clean walls for coffee spillage, clean sink, and clean tables and chairs in such area. e.
