GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SERVICE. Contractor shall maintain, at all times, the original design performances of all structures covered under this agreement, subject to independent verification by the Owner. The Contractor shall, upon reasonable request of the Owner, and where the expertise of the Contractor is deemed by the Owner to be particularly relevant, participate in staff meetings, event meetings, or project planning meetings, as the Owner deems necessary The Contract Administrator will monitor all billing, and must notify/approve, in writing, any adjustments made to invoices for any reason. Any increases or decreases to the fixed rates shall require a change order, which must be approved by both the General Manager or his designee and the Contract Purchasing Manager.
