Common use of GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SERVICE Clause in Contracts

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SERVICE. Contractor shall maintain, at all times, the original design performances of all structures covered under this agreement, subject to independent verification by the Owner. The Contractor shall, upon reasonable request of the Owner, and where the expertise of the Contractor is deemed by the Owner to be particularly relevant, participate in staff meetings, event meetings, or project planning meetings, as the Owner deems necessary.
