General Customer capacities/categories. 9.1.1. Subject to any specific capacity/category and principles expressly dealt with in the Use Terms and Indices Market Data Policies, the JSE allows the Customer to use the Data in the capacity elected by the Customer in the Products and Services Form and the Customer shall comply with all terms of the Agreement relating to the capacity in which it receives and uses any Data. 9.1.2. Without limiting the above general provisions and unless the JSE agrees in writing to any change to the receipt or use of any Data before such change is implemented, the Customer and each Customer Affiliate may only: 9.1.2.1. receive the Data at the Location; 9.1.2.2. use the Data in the corresponding capacity chosen and agreed to in relation to that Data in the Products and Services Form; and 9.1.2.3. use the Data for the creating of the Customer Products, using the corresponding Technology in relation to that Data and for the specific business uses set out in the Products and Services Form.

This list shall include subproviders and suppliers names, addresses, telephone numbers, and type of work desired.

  • Customer Relationships The Executive understands and acknowledges that the Company has expended significant resources over many years to identify, develop, and maintain its clients. The Executive additionally acknowledges that the Company’s clients have had continuous and long-standing relationships with the Company and that, as a result of these close, long-term relationships, the Company possesses significant knowledge of and confidential information about its clients and their needs. Finally, the Executive acknowledges the Executive’s association and contact with these clients is derived solely from Executive’s employment with the Company. The Executive further acknowledges that the Company does business throughout the United States and that the Executive personally has significant contact with the Company’s clients and customers solely as a result of Executive’s relationship with the Company.

  • Attachment A, Scope of Services The scope of services is amended as follows:

  • Business Locations Set forth on Schedule 6.20(a) is a list of all Real Properties located in the United States that are owned or leased by the Loan Parties as of the Closing Date. Set forth on Schedule 6.20(b) is a list of all locations where any tangible personal property of a Loan Party is located as of the Closing Date. Set forth on Schedule 6.20(c) is the chief executive office, jurisdiction of incorporation or formation and principal place of business of each Loan Party as of the Closing Date.

  • Minimum Customer Support Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall provide timely and commercially reasonable support for TIPS Sales or as agreed to in the applicable Supplemental Agreement.

  • Review Systems; Personnel It will maintain business process management and/or other systems necessary to ensure that it can perform each Test and, on execution of this Agreement, will load each Test into these systems. The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that these systems allow for each Review Receivable and the related Review Materials to be individually tracked and stored as contemplated by this Agreement. The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain adequate staff that is properly trained to conduct Reviews as required by this Agreement.

  • Customer Responsibilities Notwithstanding the above, Customer agrees that except as provided by this DPA, Customer is responsible for its secure use of the Services, including securing its account authentication credentials, protecting the security of Customer Data when in transit to and from the Services and taking any appropriate steps to securely encrypt or backup any Customer Data uploaded to the Services.

  • CONTRACTOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Contractor shall designate a customer service representative (and inform Enterprise Services of the same) who shall be responsible for addressing Purchaser issues pertaining to this Master Contract.

  • Customer’s Responsibilities 9.1 If and to the extent applicable or under the control of the Customer, Customer shall provide complete and accurate information regarding requirements for the Project and the Site(s), including, without limitation, constraints, space requirements, underground or hidden facilities and structures, and all applicable drawings and specifications. 9.2 Customer shall prepare, file for, and use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain all Required Approvals necessary to perform its obligations under this Agreement. 9.3 Customer shall reasonably cooperate with Company as required to facilitate Company’s performance of the Work.
