General Eligibility for Employees. 1. Tuition assistance is available to full-time employees and part-time employees who work a minimum of 20 hours per week, and members of the Air Force Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (AFROTC). Adjunct faculty, temporary workers, consultants, leased or contracted individuals and other employees who work fewer than 20 hours per week, are not eligible for tuition remission benefits.
