Costs and Associated Expenses. An eligible employee must meet the administrative and academic requirements and follow all admissions and registration procedures. The cost of fees, textbooks, laboratory breakage, travel (where applicable) and other incidental expenditures are the responsibility of the employee. Any penalties associated with late submission of forms and any other documents are the responsibility of the employee.

  • Fees, Costs and Expenses All fees, costs and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and expenses) incurred by any party hereto in connection with the preparation, negotiation and execution of this Agreement and the exhibits and schedules hereto and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby shall be the sole and exclusive responsibility of such party. In addition, the Company will pay the costs associated with any filings with, or compliance with any of the requirements of any governmental authorities.

  • Administration Expenses The Company agrees to pay any Administration Expenses to the County when and as they shall become due, but in no event later than the date which is the earlier of any payment date expressly provided for in this Fee Agreement or the date which is forty-five (45) days after receiving written notice from the County, accompanied by such supporting documentation as may be necessary to evidence the County’s or Indemnified Party’s right to receive such payment, specifying the nature of such expense and requesting payment of same.
