General Eligibility Rules. No person will be eligible for Benefits under this Contract unless the Contractor has either currently enrolled that person as an Enrollee or currently listed or acknowledged that person as a Dependent. Contractor shall provide eligibility information in accordance with Section V B. of this Contract.
