General Health and Safety Obligations. 9.1.1 Both you and the Employer will meet your obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015. This includes the Employer providing and maintaining a safe working environment for you. You will follow the Employer’s health and safety rules and procedures. You will take reasonable care to look after your own health and safety at work, your fitness for work, and the health and safety of others including students. 9.1.2 You must report any potential risks, incidents and near misses so the Employer can investigate, and eliminate or minimise harm or risk of harm. 9.1.3 Failure to follow reasonable health and safety rules may be considered serious misconduct.
