General Health and Safety Obligations. 9.1.1 Both you and the Employer will meet your obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015. This includes the Employer providing and maintaining a safe working environment for you. You will follow the Employer’s health and safety rules and procedures. You will take reasonable care to look after your own health and safety at work, your fitness for work, and the health and safety of others including students.
