Introduction and definitions 1.1 This agreement (the “Grant Agreement”) consists of 23 Clauses, 2 Schedules and 2
General Conditions; Definitions 1.01. The General Conditions (as defined in the Appendix to this Agreement) constitute an integral part of this Agreement. 1.02. Unless the context requires otherwise, the capitalized terms used in this Agreement have the meanings ascribed to them in the General Conditions or in the Appendix to this Agreement.
Background; Use of Funds; Definitions This Note constitutes the consideration payable to the Lender for the Series Gallery Drop 049 Asset (the “Series Asset”) pursuant to the Purchase and Sale Agreement relating to the Series Asset that was entered into between the Company and the Lender on or about the date hereof.
