General Meaning of Words and Terms. The words and terms used in this Contract are intended to have their usual meanings unless a particular or more limited meaning is set forth in Welfare and Institutions Code§§ 14712, et seq. or 14680, et seq., or in the Medi-Cal Psychiatric Inpatient Hospital Services Consolidation Regulations pertaining to the rendition of mental health care, or unless specifically defmed in this Contract.
General Meaning of Words and Terms. The words and terms used in this MOU are intended to have their usual meanings unless a particular or more limited meaning is associated with their usage in Cal. Welf. & Inst. §§ 5150 et seq., Title 9 of the California Code of Regulations pertaining to the rendition of specialty mental health care; and Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations pertaining to the rendition of health care, unless otherwise specifically defined in this MOU.
