General Office Systems. Buyer employees working in the Office Space or the Warehouse Space shall retain access to Seller's general office software (e.g., e-mail, print functionality, word processing, etc.) and to Seller's voicemail system until such time as Buyer has established connectivity between the Office Space and Warehouse Space and Buyer's network and has provided Buyer employees located at the Office Space and Warehouse Space access to the equivalent Buyer office software on Buyer's network. Buyer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to establish such connectivity and provide such access in an expeditious manner.   • Central Office Switch A switch used to provide Telecommunications Services, including, but not limited to, an End Office Switch or a Tandem Switch. A Central Office Switch may also be employed as a combination End Office/Tandem Office Switch.

  • General Operations Tenant covenants and agrees to furnish to Landlord, within thirty (30) days after receipt or modification thereof, copies of: (a) all licenses authorizing Tenant or any Manager to operate any Facility for its Primary Intended Use; (b) all Medicare and Medicaid certifications, together with provider agreements and all material correspondence relating thereto with respect to any Facility (excluding, however, correspondence which may be subject to any attorney client privilege); (c) if required under Applicable Law with respect to any Facility, a license for each individual employed as administrator with respect to such Facility; (d) all reports of surveys, statements of deficiencies, plans of correction, and all material correspondence relating thereto, including, without limitation, all reports and material correspondence concerning compliance with or enforcement of licensure, Medicare/Medicaid, and accreditation requirements, including physical environment and Life Safety Code survey reports (excluding, however, correspondence which may be subject to any attorney client privilege); and (e) with reasonable promptness, such other confirmation as to the licensure and Medicare and Medicaid participation of Tenant as Landlord may reasonably request from time to time.

A single Central Office may handle several Central Office codes ("NXX"). Sometimes this term is used to refer to a telephone company building in which switching systems and telephone equipment are installed.

  • General Overview 2.1.1 If DTI requires maintenance for its local service customers, DTI will initiate a request for repair (sometimes referred to as a "trouble report") by calling GTE's Customer Care Repair Center. During this call, GTE service representatives will verify that the end-user is DTI customer and will then obtain the necessary information from DTI to process the trouble report. While DTI representatives are still on the line, GTE personnel will perform an initial analysis of the problem and remote line testing for resale services. If engineered services are involved, the call will be made to the GTE SSCC for handling. If no engineering is required and the line testing reveals that the trouble can be repaired remotely, GTE personnel will correct the problem and close the trouble report while DTI representatives are still on the line. If on-line resolution is not possible, GTE personnel will provide DTI representatives a commitment time for repair, and the GTE personnel then will enter the trouble ticket into the GTE service dispatch queue. DTI's repair service commitment times will be within the same intervals as GTE provides to its own end users. Maintenance and repair of GTE facilities is the responsibility of GTE and will be performed at no incremental charge to DTI. If, as a result of DTI-initiated trouble report, trouble is found to be the responsibility of DTI (e.g., non-network cause) GTE will charge DTI for trouble isolation. DTI will have the ability to report trouble for its end users to appropriate trouble reporting centers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. DTI will be assigned a customer contact center when initial service agreements are made.

  • Connecticut If You purchased this Agreement in Connecticut, You may pursue mediation to settle disputes between You and the provider of this Agreement. You may mail Your complaint to: State of Connecticut, Insurance Department, P.O. Box 816, Hartford, Connecticut 06142-0816, Attention: Consumer Affairs. The written complaint must describe the dispute, identify the price of the product and cost of repair, and include a copy of this Agreement. In the event Your Covered Product is being serviced by an authorized service center when this Agreement expires, the term of this Agreement will be extended until covered repair has been completed. CANCELLATION section is amended as follows: You may cancel this Agreement if You return the Product or the Product is sold, lost, stolen, or destroyed. Florida: This Agreement is between the Provider, Xxxxxx Southern Insurance Company (License No. 03698) and You, the purchaser. If You cancel this Agreement, return of premium shall be based upon ninety percent (90%) of the unearned pro-rata premium less any claims that have been paid or less the cost of repairs made on Your behalf. If this Agreement is cancelled by the Provider or Administrator, return of premium shall be based upon one hundred percent (100%) of the unearned pro- rata premium less any claims that have been made or less the cost of repairs made on Your behalf. The rate charged for this service contract is not subject to regulation by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation. ARBITRATION section of this Agreement is removed.

This notice must be mailed or delivered at least 30 days prior to the date of termination. CANCELLATION section is amended as follows: You, the Service Agreement Holder may apply for reimbursement directly to the insurer if a refund or credit is not paid before the 46th day after the date on which Your Agreement is returned to the provider. ARBITRATION section of this Agreement is removed.

  • Iowa CANCELLATION section is amended as follows: A ten percent (10%) penalty per month shall be applied to refunds not paid or credited within thirty (30) days of receipt of returned Service Agreement.
