Common use of GENERAL PARENTAL LEAVE Clause in Contracts

GENERAL PARENTAL LEAVE. 1. Each employee who has worked for the employer for at least 1 year prior to parental leave and who is the biological parent or xxxxxx or adoptive parent of a child that has not yet reached the age of 8, will qualify once for unpaid, legal, parental leave for each child.
