GENERAL PARENTAL LEAVE. 1. Each employee who has worked for the employer for at least 1 year prior to parental leave and who is the biological parent or xxxxxx or adoptive parent of a child that has not yet reached the age of 8, will qualify once for unpaid, legal, parental leave for each child. Under certain conditions a part of this leave is qualified as special leave with partial pay (article 5.19 paragraph 2.).

Under certain conditions a part to the amount of this leave is qualified as special leave with partial pay (article 5.19 paragraph 226 times the working hours per week.).
