Common use of General Performance Requirements Clause in Contracts

General Performance Requirements. 2.1 Child care provider shall follow all statutes, regulations, and policies of the Department. 2.2 The provider shall provide child care services to the Department in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein. Services purchased by the Department shall consist only of those services in which the provider is licensed by the Department of Health and Senior Services, Section for Child Care Regulation (DHSS/SCCR) to provide. a. The provider shall perform services under this agreement for the Department on an “as needed, if needed” basis. The Department does not guarantee any amount of business or payment to the provider through this agreement.
