Common use of General Precautions Clause in Contracts

General Precautions.  No food or drink is allowed next to your device while it is in use, as per school policy.  Cords, cables, and removable storage devices must be inserted carefully into the device.  Students should carry their devices with the screen latched. Do not carry it unlatched.  Devices should be put in Stand By mode before moving them to conserve battery life.  Devices must remain free of any writing, drawing, stickers, or labels with the exception of school approved skins.  Devices must always be secured.  Students are responsible for keeping their device’s battery charged for school each day.
