General Provisioning Requirements. 1.1 Subject to the terms of Article IX, CLEC may order and/or request Elements either individually or as Combinations.
1.2 The Combinations set forth on Schedule 9.3.4 and any additional Combination provided previously hereunder by Ameritech pursuant to the Bona Fide Request process shall be identified and described by CLEC so that they can be ordered and provisioned as a Combination and shall not require the enumeration of each Network Element within that Combination on each provisioning order; provided that in each case CLEC shall specify on each order the type of service to be provided as well as the engineering and routing characteristics (e.g., redundancy requirements and data transfer rates) CLEC requests for such Combination.
1.3 CLEC may order from Ameritech multiple individual Network Elements on a single order without the need to have CLEC send an order for each such Network Element if such Network Elements are (i) for a single type of service, (ii) for a single location and (iii) for the same account.
1.4 Ameritech shall provide provisioning services to CLEC Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. CLEC may request Ameritech to provide Saturday, Sunday, holiday, and/or off-hour provisioning services. If CLEC requests that Ameritech perform provisioning services at times or on days other than as required in the preceding sentence, Ameritech shall quote, within three (3) Business Days of the request, a cost-based rate for such services. If CLEC accepts Ameritech's quote, Ameritech shall perform such provisioning services.
1.5 Ameritech shall provide a Single Point of Contact (each, a SPOC) for ordering and provisioning contacts and order flow involved in the purchase and provisioning of Ameritech’s unbundled Network Elements or Combinations. The SPOCs shall provide an electronic interface twenty-four
General Provisioning Requirements. 1.1 Subject to the terms of Section 30, AWS may order and/or request network elements individually.
1.2 CBT shall provide provisioning services to AWS during Normal Business Hours on Business Days. AWS may request CBT to provide Saturday, Sunday, holiday, and/or off-hour provisioning services. If AWS requests that CBT perform provisioning services at times or on days other than as required in the preceding sentence, CBT shall provide such services based on time and materials charges for all CBT personnel involved as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.
1.3 CBT shall provide a CLEC Service Center (LEC-C) for ordering and provisioning contacts and order flow involved in the purchase and provisioning of CBT’s unbundled network elements. The LEC-C shall provide an electronic interface for all ordering and provisioning order flows, but may use a paper or fax process until electronic interfaces between CBT and AWS have been tested and are fully operational . The LEC-C shall provide to AWS a telephone number (operational during Normal Business Hours on Business Days.), which will be answered by capable staff trained to resolve problems in connection with the provisioning of network elements or Combinations. The LEC-C is responsible for order acceptance, order issuance and return of the Firm Order Commitment (“FOC”) to AWS as specified in this Schedule 30.4.
1.4 CBT will recognize AWS as the Customer of Record of all network elements and agreed-to Combinations ordered by AWS and will send all notices, invoices and pertinent Customer information directly to AWS.
1.5 As soon as identified, CBT shall provide notification of AWS orders that are incomplete or incorrect and therefore cannot be processed.
1.6 CBT shall reject and return to AWS any order that CBT cannot provision, and in its reject notification provide an error code identifying the reasons for which the order was rejected.

Each SPOC shall also provide to requesting carrier a toll-free nationwide telephone number (operational from 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday) which will be answered by capable staff trained to answer questions and resolve problems in connection with the provisioning of Network Elements or Combinations.
1.6 Ameritech shall provide to requesting carrier a single point of contact (the “Unbundling Ordering C...
General Provisioning Requirements. 2.1 Subject to the requirements of Attachment 6, CLEC may order Network Elements either individually or in any combination. Combinations ("Combinations") consist of multiple Network Elements to enable CLEC to provide service in a geographic area or to a specific customer and that are placed on the same order by CLEC. To the extent that Combinations or unbundled Network Elements are related and logically associated with one another, Combinations may be ordered with a single order.
2.2 Combinations shall be identified and described by CLEC in this Agreement, so that they can be ordered and provisioned together and shall not require the enumeration of each Network Element within that Combination on each provisioning order.
2.3 PACIFIC shall provide all provisioning services to CLEC during the same business hours that PACIFIC provisions similar services for its end user customers. Currently, those hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. PST. CLEC may request PACIFIC to provide Sunday, holiday, and/or off-hour provisioning services. If CLEC requests that PACIFIC perform provisioning services at times or on days other than as required in the preceding sentence, PACIFIC shall provide CLEC a quote for such services, consistent with PACIFIC's rates and terms for similar services to PACIFIC's end user customers, at the rates set forth in Attachment 8. If CLEC requests any service for which a quote is not set forth in Attachment 8, PACIFIC will provide CLEC a quote based on state wide average rates for the services performed. If CLEC accepts PACIFIC's quote, PACIFIC shall perform such provisioning services.
2.4 PACIFIC's LISC is the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all ordering contacts and order flow involved in the purchase of Network Elements or Combinations. The SPOC shall provide an electronic interface twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week for all ordering order flows at parity with that PACIFIC provides to itself or affiliates. Currently, several systems 10/16/98 134 are less than twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week. These systems, without limitation, and their current hours, are as follows:
1. CESAX/XXXO, Xxnday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Saturday 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m.;
2. PREMIS, Monday through Saturday, 6:00 a.m. through 11:00 p.m.;
3. BOSS, Monday through Saturday, 6:00 a.m. through 11:00 p.m.;
4. SORD, Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. through 11:00 p.m., Saturday 6:00 a.m. through...

Combinations are Network Elements that are specified by AT&T for a geographic area or for a specific customer.
2.2 Combinations shall be identified and described by AT&T so that they can be ordered and provisioned together.
2.3 Combinations may be ordered by AT&T from GTE on a single order without the need to have AT&T send an order for each Network Element. The Parties agree to negotiate in good faith on the adoption of any subsequent forms or formats approved by the OBF.
2.4 GTE shall provide provisioning services to AT&T on the same days/hours that it provides such services to itself. These days currently are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., within each respective time zone. AT&T may request GTE to provide Saturday, Sunday, holiday, and off-hour provisioning services. If AT&T requests that GTE perform provisioning services at times or on days as stated in the preceding sentence, GTE shall quote, within one (1) day of the request, a cost-based rate for such services. If AT&T accepts GTE's quote, GTE shall perform such provisioning services and AT&T will pay the agreed-upon rates.
2.5 GTE shall provide a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all ordering and provisioning activities involved in the purchase and provisioning of GTE’s Network Elements or Combinations. GTE shall also provide to AT&T a toll-free nationwide telephone number (operational from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, within each respective time zone) which will be answered by capable staff trained to answer questions and resolve problems in connection with the provisioning of Network Elements or Combinations, and other orders made under this Agreement.
2.6 GTE will recognize AT&T as the customer of record of all Network Elements and Combinations ordered by AT&T and will send all notices, invoices and pertinent information directly to AT&T.
