GENERAL PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT. The general purpose of this Agreement is in the mutual interest of the Company and theemployees of the operation, hereinafter mentioned, and to secure for the Company andthe employees the full benefit which may be derived from orderly and legal collectivebargaining.
