Common use of General Scope of Services Clause in Contracts

General Scope of Services. Contractor promises and agrees to furnish to the Town all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and incidental and customary work necessary to fully and adequately supply the professional services related to visitor attraction, marketing, branding, public relations and visitor experiences (“Services”). The Services are more particularly described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. All Services shall be subject to, and performed in accordance with, this Agreement, the exhibits attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and all applicable local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations. Exhibit “B” sets forth the deliverables under the scope of work which will be reviewed annually by the parties and updated by written mutual agreement.

Exhibit “BA” sets forth the deliverables under the scope of work which will work. In the event this Agreement is extended, Exhibit “A” shall be reviewed annually by the parties and updated by written mutual agreementto reflect changes in specific deliverables.
