Common use of General Staffing Requirements Clause in Contracts

General Staffing Requirements. CONTRACTOR shall establish a written Code of Conduct for employees, subcontractors, 37 volunteers, interns and members of the Board of Directors, which shall include, but not be limited to, 1 standards related to the use of drugs and/or alcohol; staff-client relationships; prohibition of sexual 2 contact with clients; and conflict of interest. Prior to providing any services pursuant to this Agreement, 3 all members of the Board of Directors, employees, subcontractors, volunteers, and interns of 4 CONTRACTOR shall agree in writing to maintain the standards set forth in the Code of Conduct.
