General Superintendent. If a General Superintendent is appointed for an individual project, by management, to supervise other supervisors appointed as per Article 10.04(a) that individual will receive a premium of twelve percent (12%) for day shift only and ten percent (10%) for night shift, over his regular rate for the time spent on that project.
