General Technical Requirements. a) The Concession Holder shall be responsible for selecting the route and path of the transmission line. The preliminary section selected for the transmission line contained in the preliminary engineering project shall be assessed by the Concession Holder, who will determine the final section. Measures shall be taken to prevent the line route from crossing archaeological zones, national parks and restricted zones.
