General Voluntary Exit i. Maintenance of VE List The Labour Relations department will receive written offers from employees to Voluntarily Exit and will then place their names on the Voluntary Exit list. The employee may withdraw their offer in writing at any time, up to the point of receiving written acceptance by the Employer. The position of the employee making the offer will not be considered to be a vacancy under Article 5. Article 6.04 does not apply.
