Acceptance of Voluntary Exit Offer. The Employee and the Union will be notified in writing upon acceptance. The date of departure of the offering employee from the position will be within 20 working days, unless otherwise agreed to by the Employee and the Employer.

  • Acceptance of the Agreement The Group accepts this Agreement by execution of this Agreement.
