GENERAL WAGE PROVISIONS. (a) In the applications of the minimums as set forth in Article VI, experience in editorial classifications shall include all regular employment in an editorial capacity on any English language daily newspaper, news or feature syndicate, press association, or recognized news magazine. In addition to the foregoing, consideration shall also be given to other employment experience providing it is substantially comparable to the work requirements of the job for which the employee is hired.
