GENERAL WAGE PROVISIONS. (a) The Employer shall have the right to hire new Employees at the experience level the Employer deems appropriate. (b) Salaries shall be paid weekly or bi-weekly, at the Employer’s discretion, provided, however, if the Employer elects to change from one method of payment to the other, it will provide forty-five (45) days advance written notice of the change to the Guild.
